Currently living on the 26th floor in West Tower and will need a new flatmate from 1st December 🎄✨

Stunning apartment!! Rent would be around 1300 without bills for your room alone. You will have a huge ensuite room.

Of course, living in Deansgate Square is incredible, there’s a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steamroom, sports hall, cafe, bar, and loaaaads of food all in our apartment complex 👏 There’s parking that’s available you just have to join a waiting list but it’s usually only a few weeks.

You'd have to earn over 30k I believe and there will be referencing that will take place before which is done by West Tower so you will need to provide all of that information or you won't be eligible to move in.
