Room available in a modern and central flat

Hiya,

I'm moving out of my room at the end of October, and looking for someone to replace me from the beginning of November.

The location is so central and convenient. It's surrounded by loads of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc. It's a 15 min tram to Piccadilly and a 15 min walk into the centre of town.

It's a bright apartment with a lovely communal area that includes a balcony. The bedroom is cosy, with a large window and lots of cupboard space. The emma mattress is so comfortable.

The two other flatmates are friendly, tidy and respectful. One works in finance and one works in the arts. The bathroom is shared with one other person.
