The floor is very quiet. Flat mates are respectful and peaceful, they are all first year university students.
Shared amnesties within the building are on the ground floor including:
Laundry room, private and public study spaces, bike and bin store, cinema room, gym, two lifts, and Amazon lockers.
Security and staff are on the reception 24/7 to help.
It is a 12 minute walk from both universities.
Bus stops and metro are less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Deansgate and Oxford train station are 5-10 minutes away on foot.
20 minute walk from town centre also.
