About the flat:
Double room with en suite situated in Deansgate, located a 1 minute walk from Cornbrook tram station and a 20 minute walk into the city centre.

Largest room in a 3 bed furnished flat with a balcony. High rise building with concierge, gym, co working lounge / study space, and other amenities included in rent. Free hot drinks machine also included 24/7. We have added our own furnishings to the open spaces but welcome your personal touch.

Bills including council tax (band E), electricity, and water amount to roughly £160 per month. Parking is subject to availability and is £160 per month.

About us:
You will be sharing the flat with myself, Julia, and my friend Kayci. We are two working professionals who enjoy a bit of everything. We like to chill, cook, go on walks and do fitness classes, but we also love a night out and a gig on occasion. We enjoy spending time together so would love to find someone who could join us, but also appreciate our alone time.

We love to keep the space clean and tidy so would like someone with a similar living vibe. A few house rules however super chill and just want our home to be as comfortable as possible.
