1 Room in Highly Desirable Deansgate 2 Bed Flat

Hi there,
My flatmate is moving out to Australia in the new year and I am hence looking for someone to move in. It is a 2 bed, 2 bath (with 1 ensuite) immediately off Deansgate Rd with excellent links for whatever your interests might be. Please note there are some works going on the building currently and I am negotiating with the landlord for a rent reduction during the duration.
A little about me:
I'm a young professional 25 who loves his sport and cooking. I typically work from home but my recent projects have seen me away 2 days a week. I do like going out for a drink but nothing too crazy.
