Looking for someone to take over the spare room in the flat.

It’s a double room in a 2-bed apartment located in Manchester City Centre (M3), Deansgate. The apartment is in the Great Northern Tower building and features a spacious kitchen/living area (with amenities such as a sofa and a dishwasher), a small storage room, a laundry area, and a balcony. The view is stunning, especially at sunset. The room is fully furnished (double bed, desk, chair, 2-door wardrobe, and three small bookshelves) and comes with exclusive use of an external private bathroom with a bathtub.

The building has a 24-hour reception and is located close to areas like Castlefield, Spinningfields, and the Gay Village. It’s well connected by public transport (three train stations, Metrolink, and bus services).

The rent is £625 + approximately £100 for broadband, water, and electricity.
Deposit: £600
Council Tax Band E (not included in the rent; I’m not sure about the exact amount, but you can check with Manchester City Council).

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, Italian girl, currently doing a PhD here at university of Manchester, I’m very friendly and easy going.
