Hey, I’m looking for a flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s tenancy and move in from the 5th of April. A security deposit of £778.50 will need to be paid to my flatmate (your name would replaced theirs in this TDS contract) and a £50 to the letting agent for referencing and admin costs.

The apartment, on the 4th floor, is fully furnished with a communal balcony, spacious communal living area, private bathroom, coffee maker, george foreman, air fryer, a spacious fridge freezer.

The apartment is in an ideal location with great access into and out of the city. The development benefits from a concierge, communal garden area, and a underground parking space. It's very safe being gated, my parcel has never been stolen from the lobby and generally very quiet.

The rent is £675per month, 500mb broadband brings it to £687. The council tax band is F (£150.50), making your total bills (including electricity and water) on average £210 a month, depending on the season.

I’m super chilled, I go to the gym, started training for a marathon, love my games, anime, reality tv, films, nights outs, dinners out etc but I do also love to stay in when I can to recharge which is why I like the flat to be clean and in great condition as I work from home pretty much all the time.
