One bedroom available in a three-bedroom flat at Deansgate Towers (city centre).

The room is available starting March 24th up until August 30th with the option to extend the contract/tenancy.

The location is amazing and the building itself is impeccable. There are loads of study areas/work from home areas located in the building. There’s a coffee shop downstairs, a grocery store, and multiple restaurants in the building so it’s very convenient. There’s also a padel court outside our building if that’s your thing.

Living room and kitchen is very spacious and our view overlooks the front entrance as well as the rooftop terrace where you can layout when the sun is out, play ping pong, do an outdoor workout, etc.

The bathroom is shared with one other but it is kept very, very, very clean.

Current flatmates are two female working professionals who are very friendly, outgoing, and clean BUT also respect your privacy and understand that sometimes we need to recharge our social batteries at home.

Bills are not included in the listed price however, it would be less than £100.
