Double room in Deansgate Square

Looking for a new roommate as my friend is sadly moving out!

*Must be able to pass reference checks which require you are earning 30k salary*

Double room with a separate bathroom (includes bath/shower) I have my own bathroom so this would be yours solely!
The room is available from 22nd June
Living room, flat is pretty high up, with WiFi included in price and gym access included
There’s also a pool/sauna/steam room
Coworking space included in the building
Terrace included in the building
Bills come to no more than £200 a month
Parking is potentially available at request and is £200 month (may be a wait list)
Deposit is one months rent
The current contract ends when my flatmate leaves so we will be needing to reapply for the flat, this includes reference checks for salary etc.

Preferably looking for someone who likes dogs as I sometimes bring our family cockapoo to stay with me, he is super sweet and will give you cuddles. 🥹

The tenancy would end in January but would have the option to keep the flat for longer if we wanted to.

A little bit about meeee:
I work in marketing, commuting to the office 3 times a week and working from home 2 days.

I like making the most of my evenings and weekends, whether that’s trying new restaurants, going out for drinks, spontaneous night out, exploring Manchester, or just chilling at home with some good food and Netflix. I like to cook in the evenings and then usually just chill in my room, so if you’re after a calm and relaxed flat, you’ll have your own space or we can sit and have a catch up, I don’t mind either way!

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, laid back and up for the occasional catch-up over a glass of wine or dinner. I’m respectful person and will give you your own space, some evenings I’ll just make dinner and head to bed, or head to a Pilates class, and I sometimes spend weekends with my boyfriend (would love for you to join when we’re out with friends too!).

I really like to keep the flat communal areas tidy, so I’m only looking for someone who’s the same — pleeeease don’t apply if you’re not, sorrry I just don’t think we’d be a good match!

Ideally looking for someone I can be really good friends with and do things with, that would be the dream!
