Manchester Deansgate Summer Room Available

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-bed flat for the summer! The room is en-suite with bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside tables. It’s located in Deansgate area in an apartment building conveniently located for both students or young professionals. The room is available starting the 13th July for a minimum 2 months with the option for longer, this would be taking over my current tenancy. Rent is £725 per month with deposit to be discussed with letting agent. Flatmate (F) is quiet and clean with no problems arising. Bills not included.
