Double room with parking space in Spinningfields

Spacious double room with your own large bathroom *not en suite* and parking space.

Room is available from August 18th.

The flat is located in central Spinningfields but is tucked away on a lovely side street so it doesn't feel too busy. I have lived in the flat almost 2 years and have absolutely loved it, the location has been perfect as there are so many shops/restaurants/venues a stone throw away.

The flat is very spacious for a 2 bed, has plenty of storage, and a balcony which gets the sun in the morning. The building has a concierge who works weekdays 7-4 and most people who live there are young professionals/young couples.

The flat comes furnished however some furniture and decor pictured (tv, tv stand, coffee table, house plants) are my current flatmates which she will taking with her, so if you have your own furniture that would be welcomed or would be more than happy to choose the bits we need and split together.

All the stations are nearby, Deansgate (10 min walk) Victoria and Oxford Road (20 min walk) Piccadilly (30 min walk).

Bills and council tax usually comes to around £200 a month each.

I'm looking for a tidy, respectful and sociable housemate, (female and non smoker preferably) who enjoys hanging out and making friends but also values alone time and maintaining a calm/chilled living environment. I'm 23 (turning 24 in Aug) I work a 9-5 in the city centre and wfh on Friday's, someone on a similar schedule would be ideal. If I'm not at work or with friends, I'm usually in the gym, trying exercise classes or going on hikes. Routine and home comforts are important to me but I also enjoy trying new things, going out (bars/restaurants/gigs) and having fun! So looking for someone with a similar attitude :)
