2 bed 2 bathroom large flat with parking incl

Looking for someone to take over my contract as my circumstances has changed. The contract is till MAY 2026 next year and our landlord has agreed for me to exit my tenancy if i find a replacement tenant. You would go through correct referencing checks in order to take over the tenancy. The flat will be cleaned professionally prior to moving.

I am moving out. The en-suite room is available (the room im in). You would be living with my friend. Hes a Male called steven hes really nice. He just games all day and works in computers from home. Very friendly

Includes 1 underground parking spot in the price. Flat comes furnished however, the sofa, and dining table belongs to us. We have the landlords sofa and table in storage will place it back next week. Everything else apart from the paintings and tv on wall will be taken.

One room has ensuite in room and the other (stevens room) has a separate bathroom

The view is lovely outside overlooking the canal honestly will miss living here. The neighbours are all super friendly too it’s just a shame our circumstances have changed.
