2 bed 2 bath Deansgate flatshare

I’m looking for a flatmate to take over 1 bed + 1 bathroom in my apartment. It’s located in Deansgate, 1 minute walk from Deansgate square/ towers.
I have 2 lovely ragdoll cats so my flatmate would need to be okay with cats/ preferably experienced.
Rent/ bills are listed on the ad.
I am the only flatmate that would be living in this property; I like my own space and a calm, homey environment. I’m not a night out kind of person so I would prefer my flatmate to be of a similar nature, not having loads of random people over at night etc. Cleanliness and respect are also very important to me.
