Beautiful room available in Deansgate/Cornbrook 🥰

I’m currently looking for someone to share this lovely flat in Cornbrook! It’s a 20 minute walk to the city centre, or if you fancy, you can take the tram that is right on the doorstep.

The flat is well situated in an area with supermarkets (a Coop on the ground floor, and a Tesco 5 minutes away), bus stops and Cornbrook tram stop 2 minutes away that will literally take you everywhere.

Included in the rent are a fully equipped gym on the roof of the building and coworking areas. Council tax and bills are unfortunately not included in the price but are approximately £180 per month and per person (council tax band D). Parking space is also available for an additional fee. The broadband is super duper speedy if you need to work from home though, so worth the price.

The flat comes fully furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a massive balcony with views to Deansgate and there’s a small park nearby ☺️🌳

The room is incredibly bright, it includes a double bed and it’s own door to the balcony! You’ll also have your own separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail, as well as a massive wall mirror.

I’m looking for a respectful flatmate who enjoys living a quiet life, watching a film or a show on the weekends and going for brunch every other weekend. Bonus points if you can also clean after yourself!!

About myself:
-I work for the NHS but somehow ended up working from home half my working hours, so you’ll see me home a lot!
-I enjoy reading and having a cup of wine every now and then (or every Saturday), but I’m not really a party person, so if you bring friends in for pre drinks every weekend we’re probably not a match :(
-I’ve lived in several student flats and I got a bit tired of cleaning after others, so I’d really appreciate finding someone who’s clean (not necessarily obsessive, but, you know, keep the flat to a certain standard).
-I’m actually a chill person (even if the last point suggests otherwise), and people say I’m funny once they get used to the weird accent.
