My housemate is moving out mid-October so I am looking for someone to take over the shared tenancy with me from this time. It is a minimum one-year tenancy which will be renewed in October each year.

- Great location in Spinningfields - 15 minute walk to city centre right next to Salford Central train stop - ten minute walk to nearest tram stop (St Peter's Square).

Rent will be £820/mo + approx £175/mo for bills (electric, council tax, water). Broadband included. Deposit of £400. Band D council tax.

I am a 35-year-old copywriter originally from Kent and I work from home during the week (my current housemate does so as well with no issues). I perform improv comedy across Manchester (so I'm usually out 2/3 weeknights) and I write fantasy books. Massive sports fan. Very laid-back and easy to live with.

Preferably I'd like someone who's okay with cats as I might be getting one soon (though this isn't a definite at the moment). Just a heads up!
