We are looking to have our tenancy taken over of our stunning 1 bedroom (pet-friendly) apartment opposite Cornbrook Metro Tram Stop, or only a short 25-30 minute walk into Central Manchester.

We have loved our time here and it really feels like home - but we are looking to relocate further up north due to work commitments.

We managed a sofa bed in the living area also so we could have friends & family visit and stay with us.

You’ll have access to a well equipped gym located in our block, a large trendy co-working space featuring tvs & a built in kitchen/cooking space if you wanted to host friends or family. There is also access to pool, table tennis, darts and communal outdoor BBQ areas. There is 24/7 security at reception and a secure parcel room so you never miss a delivery.

They host a number of FREE community events for residents every month from weekly yoga and pilates classes to more unique sushi making workshops and pottery painting.

Our apartment is the perfect size for a young progressional or couple looking for a VERY easy commute into the centre or anywhere in greater Manchester. Every single tram runs through Cornbrook, only 4-5 minute walk from our block.

There is onsite parking you can pay for each month. Alternatively, you can park for free on a street directly next to our block, which is what we choose to do.
