It is perfectly set up at the moment, in terms of kitchen goods, the bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Really nice location, with a heap of great things at your doorstep.
Available from 01 October, however can be available a touch earlier if required.
Will be sharing with myself (30, working professional Aussie) for 2+ months with the option to take on the full lease and the private enclosed carpark (which is an optional extra)!
