Hi, I'm Angela 😄 I’m looking for a female flatmate to join me in my lovely 2-bed flat, as my current flatmate has a new job in London and I want to stay in this stunning apartment!

The room is a furnished double room with separate bathroom (you'll have sole use of this, as I have my own ensuite), a brand new mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers included 🏠

The rent is £708 per month, which includes wifi, and bills come to around £150 per month for council tax, water and electricity.
The flat will be available from the 28th November, and I’m looking for someone who can stay ideally until the end of the tenancy - end of August 2026. I'd also be up for renewing the contract for another year after this if you wanted to stay longer! 🎆

The flat is part of a beautiful, modern building complex just opposite Cornbrook tram station (about a 5-minute walk). It’s only 10 minutes into Manchester city centre by tram, with plenty of bus links nearby too. It's a lovely neighborhood with Co-op opposite and Tesco express about 5 mins walk away. Perfect if you're feeling snackish after work! 🍿

The building is amazing — it has a residents’ gym, yoga room, roof terrace, and has great views. Theres also a 24/7 reception and a parcel room. For people who need parking, as well as free street parking nearby, they also have secure underground parking for an extra cost 🚗

The building also run free events and classes every week, from yoga and pilates to macramé workshops and food sessions like mochi making! 🧘‍♀️

I’m 24 years old and work as a dentist. I’m sociable and love badminton, cooking and exploring Manchester’s food scene at the weekends, but I also enjoy quiet evenings at home. Ideally, I’d like to live with another working professional who’s friendly, tidy and considerate, and who’s up for being friends as well as flatmates. Sorry no pets (even though I love them!), no smoking/vaping, and ideally someone who doesn't work night shifts
