I am looking for a new flatmate to sign a new tenancy beginning 26th October - as my current flatmate is moving out. I am a self-employed piano tutor who works from home Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I am ideally looking for someone who works full time during the week out of home so I have my space to teach and practice music freely. Although this is something that can be compromised as living together requires sharing our space.
Ideally somebody who does not party regularly as I’m much more introverted and would like someone on a similar vibe
