Hello! Me and my partner are looking to take a double bedroom once our current housemate leaves at the end of October.
A little about us:
I have recently moved out however, need to sublet a bedroom.
My partner:
He is a 25 year old male who loves music, playing the guitar and just having a good time.
He works in retail on a shift basis, however it is usually Tuesday - Saturdays.
Your bedroom:
It is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and you will have your own bathroom right outside the room. The kitchen and living area are shared spaces.
The apartment:
There are 2 lifts, fob access and a lady on reception till 4pm. There is also a gym and great views from the top floor!
What we are looking for:
We would like for someone clean, friendly and who understands personal space as well to take a double bedroom. We would love to hang out together as well as we don’t want to live as just housemates, but friends. However, we both need our downtime to just do nothing (especially after work) and would appreciate if you are the same.
