Hi, I'm currently trying to find a replacement tenant to take over my tenancy agreement. I'm leaving my job in Manchester and therefore no longer needing to live here. The flat is located in Deansgate just behind the Deansgate church, a 20 mins walk into town,10 mins from Cornbrook station and a local Morrisons on the same road as the flat.
The room is a spacious double room, which a built in wardrobe provided, with enough to fit in a desk and a chest of draws. The flat also has a shared living room with a separate kitchen, and a balcony.
The flatmate is a 23 year old professional female, who is super friendly and clean.
If you want any more photos/questions/want to view the flat please let me know. Looking to be able to provide the estate agents with a replacement tenant asap so I'm able to move out. If you were to take over the tenancy, you would sign a new tenancy agreement with the estate agents.
Rent is £600, with bills coming in at £150pp for everything (based of September 2025). Happy to give a breakdown of the bills if needed. There is a no deposit option as well, for £25.00 a month.
