Because it's a renewal, the price is lower than all the agencies and the official website.
The higher the floor, the more expensive it is in FS. The 2nd floor is almost the cheapest. Now, both agencies and the official website are over 310.
I'm subletting because I'm planning to live with a friend in a 2b2b. I'm renewing because I'm satisfied with FS.

It's not next to the elevator, so it's not noisy. But I haven't heard any complaints about the noise from the elevators in the units next to them.
?? Distance to the University of Manchester: 10-minute walk. No need to spend 330PW on a bus card to go to school.
?? Facilities in the house:
All bills included. You don't need to worry about anything except the rent.
Air conditioning (both heating and cooling, can be left on, one of the only two apartments with cooling), oven, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer), induction cooker, TV, etc. For more details, you can message me.

1. Breakfast from Monday to Friday (8-10). There's a lot of food and it's always enough. If something is missing, it's restocked quickly. The croissants are really delicious 😋
2. Gym with treadmill, rowing machine, cable cross trainer, etc. If you think it's not enough, there's a larger gym nearby with student discounts.
3. Laundry room with washing and drying for about 7P.
4. Cleaning every two weeks, including kitchen, bathroom, and floor. I haven't encountered any stinky mops or brooms yet.
5. Pool table, ping-pong table, movie room, study room.
No need to sort garbage. Some apartments require sorting, which is a huge hassle.
Some FS residents often complain about slow maintenance, but maybe I'm just lucky. Almost nothing in my room has broken. Recently the service has improved a lot.

Surroundings:
1. There's a Sainsbury's downstairs. The bus stop leads directly to Tesco Extra and other huge supermarkets.
2. The city center and Chinatown are a 10-minute walk.
3. There's a cafe, Starbucks, Yang Guo Fu, and a bar downstairs where you can watch sports. It's not a bar, so it won't be noisy in the room.
