Double room available

Hii! I have a double room available from the end of January 2026 in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat located a 5 minute walk from
Deansgate metrolink stop, for a minimum of 6 months & possibility to extend thereafter.

The room is furnished with a double bed and drawers.
There's one shared bathroom with a shower over bath; open plan kitchen with washer/dryer and all the usual amenities; shared living room, and a parking space in the underground car park.
Rent is £500 per month, council tax band D, and bills vary depending on use but have been super reasonable even in the winter.
location is unreal, really well connected with transport links & stumbling distance from the hustle & bustle of the city!
A little about me - I'm 30, outgoing and chatty but also value and respect alone time. I love all things music, creative, and a little bit silly, so a fun sense of humour is a must!
Getting along with my flatmate is super important to me - I really don’t want the new flatmate to feel like a stranger in my home so I’d rather meet up for a coffee or something first to see if we actually get on.
