Spare room - West Tower

I’ve put in an application for a 2 bed flat in West Tower. (Not the flat in the pic but same layout). The total cost is £2050 (£1025 pp). I’d be looking to move in early April and looking for a roommate.
Ideally looking for someone who I get along with well, i would love to be friends! I keep my home spotless, so looking for someone who appreciates a clean and tidy space too.

- Located in Deansgate
- City view
- Gym, Pool and Spa
- Bills not included (Council tax band F)

A little bit about me:
- I lived in West Tower last year and I’m moving back following a brief placement in London.
- I work from home two days a week and usually spend a few days a month in London.
- I spend my evenings and weekends going to the gym/pilates, running, trying new restaurants, shopping, and occasionally going out to bars/clubs
- I met my previous housemate on Spareroom and we’re still good friends so would love the same again!
