Ensuite room at Manchester city centre

Hi I'm Molly and I'm a management consultant living in Manchester for around 4 years. My current room mate will move out on 8th July so I'm hoping to find a new room mate 😁

##About the apartment and your room##
- the apartment locates in Manchester city centre, near the canal
- 3 mins walk from Deansgate tram station and train station, around 7 mins walk from Oxford Rd train station
- there is a gym and a sauna on site (open from 7:30am - 9:30pm)
- you will have a ensuite room with a double bed and we will share the living room and kitchen
- furnished apartment with all essential facilities apart from TV (but feel free to use my projector)
- no parking space attached to the apartment, but there are available parking space for rent
- monthly rent will be around 620 which is 45% of the total rent (I will cover more rent because my room is bigger than yours)
- the rent does not include bills, broadband, or council tax. I hope we can split it 50/50 but open to discuss

- I hope you are a professional and plan to stay in Manchester long-term
- a non-smoker
- friendly and fairly clean
- no pet

##About my lifestyle##
- I usually go to the office but might need to work from home time to time
- not a party person but no problem if you would like to hold a small party with your friends time to time
- I prefer a clean and tidy living space
- I don't have pets and also don't plan to have any pets
