Double room - central Manchester

Hi, my current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take their place. The flat is located in Vox right next to the Cornbrook tram stop and a 20 minute walk from Manchester City centre.
It is a double room with an en-suite and access to the balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and in great condition.
I have been living here for the past year and love this apartment and the building so I really don’t want to move out!
The building comes with a gym, co-working area, parking, events room, and roof terrace.
Bills including CT, electricity and water come to roughly £170 a month
I’m a sociable and easy going professional who works from home 2 days a week. I don’t have any pets but I’m open to potential flatmates who do.
Please note, the room is shown is my room but they layout of your room is exactly the same, there just isn’t a bath. I’m open to switching rooms if you would prefer.
