Looking for 2 people to join me in a 3-bedroom apartment in Deansgate Square South Tower from the end of July.

Ideally I’m looking for driven, ambitious people who are building something of their own, whether that’s content creation, music, business, fitness, or any other creative project. Guys and girls are both welcome.

A bit about me – I make music and create content, spend a lot of time in the gym, enjoy running, football, and the occasional night out. I’m easy-going, social, and enjoy being around positive people who have goals and are actively working towards them.

One of the things I love most about this apartment is the amount of natural light it gets. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the space feel bright and open throughout the day, which is perfect if you work from home, create content, or simply enjoy a lighter living space. If you’re into photography, filming, social media, music, or any kind of creative work, you’ll appreciate the setup.

I’m looking to create a good atmosphere in the flat where everyone gets along, respects the space, and enjoys living there. Not a party flat, but definitely somewhere social, relaxed, and full of good energy. Cleanliness is important and I’d like to live with people who take pride in where they live.

The apartment is located in one of Manchester’s most sought-after developments, right in the heart of the city centre with incredible facilities and everything you need on your doorstep.

Rent is approximately £1,000 per person, with bills expected to bring the total monthly cost to around £1,200ish per person (could be lower).

To make moving in as straightforward as possible, I’m hoping to use a zero-deposit option where available, helping reduce the upfront costs and speed up the process.
