I have a spare bedroom with an ensuite available in my 2 bed flat from the 21st of July. I’m looking for someone who wants to be both friends and roommates!

The room comes part furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. Rent is £637.50 a month which includes a private parking space available in the underground garage and bike storage. I don’t drive myself so this would all be for you.

The flat has a huge south facing balcony with incredible views of the sunset ☀️ and you can access the balcony directly from all three rooms!

There’s also a washer dryer, dishwasher, a separate storage cupboard and lots of other storage solutions in the kitchen and both bathrooms.

I’m 28 and I love music, going to the charity shop, hiking, dancing, going out with friends (restaurants, drinks, raves, karaoke), reading and doing little crafts at home. I have lived here for 2 years now and really enjoyed it so far.

I'd really like for a new flatmate to be easygoing, sociable, clean and friendly and would be an extra bonus if we have some shared interests as well! I do like to have people over occassionally so would prefer someone who is open to sharing the space with friends and I would extend the same grace to my flatmate as well.

I love animals so pets would be very welcome as well, but no dogs sorry.

It’s a 7 min walk from Cornbrook tram stop and close to big Sainsbury’s, convenience shops and some pubs and bars as well.
