I'm currently living in a studio apartment in Manchester City Centre and am looking to team up with another professional to rent a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at Castle Wharf, Deansgate.

After viewing pretty much every major residential building in and around Deansgate, Castle Wharf stands out as the best option for professionals aged 30+ who want a high-quality home without the hectic atmosphere of some of the larger skyscraper developments.

- Looking for a calm, professional home environment
- Lived in Sydney for 8+ years and love to travel

- More suited to professionals 30s+ than the student-heavy or transient feel of the other skyscraper buildings

- Sauna & steam room facilities (Best I have seen!!!)

- Spacious apartments with a higher-quality build and finish than many of the newer towers
- Quieter atmosphere whilst still being walking distance to everything Manchester has to offer

I'm looking to secure a:

✅ Fully furnished
✅ Modern finish throughout
✅ Spacious double bedrooms
✅ Large living space

Many of the apartments available feature generous en-suite bedrooms, modern kitchens and significantly more living space than comparable city-centre developments.

👭 I'm ideally looking for:

✔️ Working full-time
✔️ Clean, respectful and easy-going
✔️ Independent and has their own life/social circle
✔️ Appreciates a peaceful, professional home environment
✔️ Happy to commit to a tenancy together

Not looking for a party house. Equally, I don't want a flatmate who spends all day lounging around the apartment. Ideally someone ambitious, active and busy with work, hobbies, fitness or their own projects.

💷 Budget:

Open to discussing budget depending on the apartment, but most suitable 2-bed apartments in Castle Wharf appear to be in the region of £1,700–£2,000 per month total.

We will need to split Bills + Council Tax

🚗 Parking is not included, but there are plenty of parking options available to rent nearby.

📅 I'm not in a huge rush to move immediately and would rather find the right person and secure the right apartment and then align dates.
