Rent is £1200 per month paid every 7th of the month
Large Double room with en-suite in City centre
The rent will be split £550 / £650 as my room is much smaller.
Located less than 5 mins from Deansgate/Castlefield tram stop along with Deansgate train station. 15 minute walk to city centre. Sainsbury’s just a few hundred yards away next to HOME theatre. It’s a nice area and very well connected.
Monthly Bills are shown for one person:
Council tax (band D): £96.50
WiFi: £12
Energy : obviously varies but around £60 in summer and up to £130 in winter
Water: £22 paid every 3 months
Our flat is located on the first floor. The building only has 6 floors so is not overly crowded. Can be noisy outside sometimes due to traffic but no worse than anywhere else. The building does not have a concierge unfortunately. No on site parking is available either. Parcels are normally left on top of the mailbox but I recommend having them delivered elsewhere if possible.
About me: I’m looking for someone to take over my housemates tenancy from August 7th. I’m a 35 year old professional, I’m tee total, very into music, movies, the arts and sport. I’m a bit of a clean freak and I don’t party so if you are not ok with this please don’t reach out. Sorry to be blunt but I feel it’s best to be honest. I don’t mind having people round from time to time but no big parties sorry. I work as a concierge and my hours are 7am-3:30 Monday to Friday so I go to bed pretty early during the week. I’m looking for someone who is easy going, tidy, and respectful and has a good sense of humour. Happy to hang out when it’s convenient but I also like my own space to do my things. If you’re looking for a nicely kept flat with a sound guy then let’s talk. I’ve had some time wasters in the past so please be mindful before you reach out. Sorry but no students and no pets. The successful candidate will have to undergo the usual checks with the letting agency along with paying the deposit before signing the contract. I believe the deposit is around £1000.
