My flatmate and I are both moving out at the same time (I’m relocating abroad), so we’re looking for someone to take over our tenancy.

The tenancy agreement runs until 31st October, so we’re ideally after someone who can move in soon. Taking over now also means you skip the waiting list with Vox, which is very competitive due to high demand.

It’s a really good place to live. I’ve been here for the last three years and wouldn’t be leaving if I wasn’t moving abroad.

Location: Cornbrook tram stop is literally a minute’s walk away, and town is about 15 minutes on foot. Deansgate train and tram stop is one stop from Cornbrook, so the railway is easily accessible too, and there are bus stops close by. Co-op, Tesco, and Morrisons are all nearby.

Amenities: Running track, gym, theatre room, and lounge areas with coffee machines on the ground and top floors. Pets are welcome.
