Double Room in Deansgate Castlefield

The room is a large double with its own private bathroom, so no sharing. The flat’s been recently refurbished with a brand-new kitchen, and the building has 24/7 concierge, a garage, a sauna, and a gym.

I’m a very clean, tidy person and like to keep the flat that way with minimal clutter, so ideally someone who’s the same. I’m after a guy to live with — happy to just get on as flatmates or become mates too.

I’m starting my graduate job in August in project management, so another young professional would be ideal. Outside of work I’m into rugby and F1 (most sports, really) and I’m at the gym most evenings.
