Furnished Double Room with En Suite - City Centre

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful working professional to share my flat with. Ideally, I’d love someone who isn’t just looking for a place to live, but would be up for becoming friends too — grabbing a drink, going for food, making plans and enjoying the occasional night in together, while of course respecting each other’s space and having our own lives.

The room 🏠

The room is a furnished double bedroom with its own private shower en-suite. It gets lots of natural light and is street-facing.

There’s plenty of storage, including a large open-style wardrobe, shelving and an ottoman bed with additional storage underneath.

The location 📍

The flat is really well located for getting into the city:

* Around a 15-minute walk/3 minute drive to Deansgate/Castlefield
* Only around a 5-minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop
* Tesco, Co-op, Morrisons and smaller shops are all within roughly a 2-minute walk
* Underground parking is available at the building for an additional charge, and there is also some on-street parking nearby which residents make use of

The building & flat

The building has its own gym, as well as regular social events throughout the month, which is a nice bonus if you enjoy meeting people and getting involved.

The flat also has a washer/dryer and dishwasher, so all the usual household essentials are covered.

Who I’m looking for!

Ideally, I’m looking for a working professional who is clean, considerate and respectful of each other’s space. I’m quite social and would love to live with someone who is also up for making plans and having a good balance between being sociable together and doing our own thing.
