Double Room, Deansgate Towers

Double room available from 1st November, we're looking for someone happy to stay for a minimum of 12 months and be comfortable with a potential rent increase in April (standard policy). Also bills are not included except Internet, a ball park figure is £200 per month.

Although 2 rooms are advertised, only 1 room is available. We want to give the new tenant the flexibility to choose which room they want (medium double with shared bathroom or large double with En Suite) and I will take the other room. Both rooms are furnished, include an Ottoman bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of draws and 2 bed side tables.

The flat also contains a laundry room with separate washing machine/dryer and an open plan lounge which includes a dining room table with chairs, L-shaped sofa, arm chairs, kitchen island with high chairs, drinks cooler, dishwasher, built-in fridge/freezer + microwave/oven and plenty of cabinets for storage.
