I am looking for a female working professional to join me in my fully furnished 2-bed apartment in Beetham Tower, 301 Deansgate, located on the 29th floor.

It's a 2 bed flat that has stunning view, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The available room is spacious, fully carpeted, and comes with a bed, wardrobe, study desk and chair, and bedside tables. The bathroom is not en-suite but it’s located just outside the room and is accessed from the hallway and it would essentially be your personal bathroom.

There are no water bills, so that’s one less thing to worry about.

A bit about me:

I’m 28 and moved to Manchester last year after completing my master’s at the University of Warwick. I work remotely in B2B marketing, so I’m usually working from home during the week, although I also enjoy working from coffee shops.

I’d describe myself as social, friendly and easygoing. I like having a home that feels welcoming and comfortable, but I also value my own space and quiet time, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates that balance too.

Outside of work, I’m quite outdoorsy. You’ll usually find me at the gym during the week, and at weekends I enjoy hiking, exploring the hills, cycling or watching a good game of football at the pub.

More than anything, I’d like to share the flat with someone who wants to create a clean, peaceful and happy home.
