2 rooms for rent, central Manchester

I'm taking over a tenancy from a friend in a 3 bedroom house in central Manchester
Great location, modern property and at a very good price
I spend all of my time working and training and keep the place clean so won't be any problems if you're considering moving in

Similarly I'd expect new flatmates to maintain the cleanliness of the property
I don't mind people socialising/having friends over etc but of course within reasonable hours and not so disruptive as to cause disturbances for flatmates or neighbours

Would be perfect for young professionals looking for somewhere central who are looking to meet new people

Bills and rates are not included in the rent

Note - I haven't moved in yet, but can provide additonal info, videos etc if needed
