I am seeking a female professional to rent the second double bedroom in my former apartment in Manchester City Centre. Please note, I no longer live at the property myself.

The apartment is in a small development near Oxford Road. This is a great location, within walking distance of the universities and a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

The property is surrounded by great transport links: both Oxford Road train station and the Deansgate-Castlefield metrolink are under 5 minutes away and there are bus stops all along Oxford Road.

The room itself has a good sized window and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, mirror and console table. The main bathroom is of a generous size and features a bath, showerhead and very large mirror.

The large open plan kitchen/living area is also furnished to a very high standard and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, electric cooktop, fridge, freezer, microwave and plenty of storage space. The apartment also has a washing machine and wireless internet already set up.

The ideal tenants would be tidy (most important), considerate and not noisy; our foremost priority is to find people who will keep the apartment clean, tidy and undamaged as the property has a lot of sentimental value for my family - so being house proud is a must. Hope that sounds okay!

Rent is £600 + £144 utilities (not including Council Tax or TV license) and a deposit of one month's rent is required. The property is Band D for Council Tax.
