Also a Lovely Double Bedroom, single occupancy available on a shared kitchen and bathroom based house share for either a single person or two friends who can take the whole large apartment and share it together. A maximum of 2 people as from April 1st I may list in on other websites.
One taking the larger room becomes guarantor for the second lodging tenant as in my absence will need to replace the tenant with somebody they know so I don't have to find another compatible tenant myself, as I intend to be away for much of the winter. Hence why a large flat is easier to rent out to two friends to share it. I am very easy going and just want everything to run sweetly in my absence and that payments reach my bank that then pays for my accommodation for me whilst away, so it's got a double ended requirement that any tenant with a bad history of payments will come second to somebody who pays religiously on time so I don't have to keep ringing in. Household insurance included but a contribution required. As is broadband, electricity, council tax, water rates and TV Licence. There are options to discuss of how I will waive some of that if you assist me whilst away, to forward mail, act as weekly cleaner of whole property, take occasional parcels to the post office, and perhaps some data inputting or website building skills, or e-commerce knowledge and abilities to man manage the logistics of that. So if the right tenant was found a potential job exists that would substantially reduce the amount of rents that needed to be paid.
