Brand new bathroom and kitchen now complete with dishwasher, a washing machine, dryer and American fridge freezer. Includes induction hob, double oven, microwave, ninja air fry, soup maker, toasty maker, slow cooker amongst others. Well equipped kitchen.

House has shared living and dinning room, upstairs bathroom with WC and downstairs WC too. Allocated and shared kitchen cupboards. Nice patio and garden with BBQ and chimney.
It’s a Spacious double velvet bedroom with large built in wardrobe, lots of storage and 2 chest of draws, 32 Panasonic TV and velvet chair. No other storage in the house.
The house and room have are very well equipped there is off road parking near the house.

Would suit a super tidy person moving with work.
