Lovely semi Detached with one housemate

Hi, I’m Josh. I’m looking for someone to rent the loft room with en-suite, in my house in Denton. You’d get full use of everything in the property, apart from the music stuff. If you work from home there’s another desk in the music room you can use. There’s Sonia speakers in most of the rooms. 1GBPS Fibre Wi-Fi, sky, Netflix, prime, a gas bbq, air fryer, fire pit, and a fridge that you can knock on to see what’s inside (impulse buy.) Unfortunately my friend is due to move out in the next few months so I’m looking for someone chilled and relatively clean. I love making music so there will be noise from time to time, but I’m very considerate. I’m into climbing, a little bit of gaming and enjoy an occasional night out too. If this sounds like you. Drop me a message. The property is owned by my family so rent would be paid to them. The loft room is the last room I need to furnish so you could have some input into that. Im in trade so it’ll all be done by the moving date. The property is very clean and bright & there’s outbuildings with a washer and dryer, which I didn’t get pictures of. The front garden is huge and will hopefully be getting re done later this year. I’ve recently managed to get the back garden somewhere near, though there’s still work to do.
