Spacious Double Bedroom for Rent

👋 my name is Nicolla, myself and Samson 🐶 are looking for someone to join us in our 3 bed semi detached home.

I am a Nurse 👩‍⚕️ when I am not working you will generally find me walking Samson. In my spare time I like to go for a meal, attend a yoga class, go for a run and I am also into the odd crazy night out 😀

Would be nice to invite someone into our home who I can occasionally share a meal with and become friends with but also appreciate people like their own space and if you'd rather we didn't do that I'm also cool with that!

To offer we have a double bedroom with a double bed and bedside table present. Dependent on your preference on whether you would want the room furnished or unfurnished I am more than happy to purchase a wardrobe and some draws to add to the room 😀

Our property consists of a large outdoor space with garden furniture insitu, if you like to sit out in the sun it is beautiful! We have a green house which if you are green fingered and would like to use it - go ahead.

The property has a garage but I personally just use this to store extra bits and bobs(again if you need a little extra storage this is available). I park on the road but if you would prefer there is parking for a car located at the front of the property.
