Quiet residential location with nearby local shops, bars, pubs, library, gym etc. and great location for accessing Manchester and motorway.
Access to washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. The house has 3 bathrooms and 2 sitting rooms so space isn't an issue.
I will consider short term lets at a weekly rate of £100 p/w. The room is for a Mon-Fri let. I work for a local charity and I would like professional people who like socialising but don't want a party house!!! I can provide excellent references from previous lodgers.
