1 space in our friendly, modern house

One of our housemates is moving out but we really like it here and want to stay. It’s a spacious, modern town-house just off Burton Road that we keep clean. It has everything you‘ll need including a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, easy parking, and front and rear gardens. There’s a main bathroom shared between three, as well as an additional toilet.

The bedroom is a double on the first floor with loads of space and two large double glazed windows. It’s fully furnished with a wood frame bed, wardrobe, small desk, chest of drawers, and a pair of bedside tables.

We’re a friendly, sociable house who enjoy going for meals out, drinks at the pub, and hanging out. We’re all professionals, one male and two females, between the ages of 25 and 28. We're seeking an additional housemate as one of our housemates is moving in with his partner.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking. It‘s roughly a 10 minute walk to the main bars/restaurants in West Didsbury, and a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which has regular buses into town. The local shops in Withington Village are less than a 5 minute walk away.

The room is available from now but we can be flexible for a later move in date. Deposit is £360.45, and there is an admin fee of £108 to the letting agency. Rent is £350 per month, and bills are usually around £90 per month per person.
