Spacious, quiet, warm and friendly flat with lots of light and plants. Your room is large and can be furnished or unfurnished as required)

It is close to amenities inc Burton Rd Tram stop. Easy cycle to City (Mancs or Salford :-) It's also, close to the river for wonderful walks and in the spring time the sounds of birds may wake you up. They like it here too.

I am a meditator and the peace of the place is a good balm for these crazy Covid times. My last flat mate worked from home and loved it. I am sorry to see her go although happy too as she's finally moved in with her partner.

I am looking to share the space with someone who is up for living in clean and simple ways. I work in health care and am very happy and also a tad busy. Whilst friendly and more than happy to share living together, also keen we honour our quiet and private spaces.
