Chilled out house share in Withington/Didsbury

We are looking for a new housemate for a flat share on the Withington-Didsbury border.. It's a large three-bedroom and two-story flat. Your bedroom is large. We also have a spacious living room and kitchen.

The transport links and local amenities are excellent because we are an equal distance (5 minutes) from both Withington and West Didsbury centres.. It's easy to get to the city centre, but it's also a fairly quiet place.

The house includes a teacher and an NHS worker. We are a friendly bunch who are happy to make new friends as well as leave people to their own space.

We'd like a housemate who is friendly and easy-going. We don't make much noise ourselves but we are also laid back about others, provided they don't play loud music late on a weeknight. Postgraduate students and
