Professionals double room available in Didsbury

Double room available in professional house share from early June 2022.

One of our housemates is moving out and therefore we have one double room to fill in East Didsbury. Bills are around £80-100 per month (this includes all bills: council tax, electricity, gas, broadband, water and a cleaner for communal areas twice a month).

We are two males and one female in our twenties/thirties who are looking for another person to fill our house share. Our house is friendly, laid back and fairly quiet. We are sociable and have the odd meal or bar trip together. Our interests range from climbing to gaming, and we welcome people who have either similar interests or completely different ones altogether.

The house has everything you need and is brilliantly situated for trains and buses into town. There is also a driveway (one car in the house currently, though the driveway will be free for when you move in if you want it) and there is plenty of parking on the street as well.

3 minute walk to Burnage Train station. Also less than 5 minute walk to the number 50/130 bus routes to the city centre (via Upper Brook street), and 10 min walk to the 142/42 'student bus' route. Last but not least, Didsbury Village tram stop is about 12 minutes walk away.

The house has four spacious double bedrooms, a lounge, upstairs bathroom/shower, separate upstairs toilet, kitchen, downstairs toilet, small front garden/drive and a back garden with a washing line. In the garden there is also a shed and space for safe bike storage.
