The room is a double room at the back of the house, with a fantastic location close to Princess Road with easy access to the M56, M60 and the city centre. The location also benefits from the Withington Tram stop across the road, and regular buses.
The house is very homely and tidy, with the largest TV I've ever seen. Burton Road is just a 5 minute walk away with bars and restaurants, and Didsbury Village only a 5 minute drive also.
The contract is for 12-months, and bills are excluded. They usually come to just under £100 pm.
