1 double room house share in Didsbury - off Burton

We’re all final year medical students based in Manchester. I’m looking to move out and currently finding a suitable replacement. The house is always kept clean and we don’t party much. Enjoy having wine in the evening and the occasional tv together

It’s a large double bed in an Victorian house. The rent is £377. Bills come to around £35 per month. 2 bathrooms. 2 large sitting rooms. 1 large kitchen. Large garden. We’re just a 2 min walk to Burton Road tram Station and all the restaurants / bars.

The tenancy is only until the end of July so would require a 9 month contract. Please note some of the furniture in the room is self brought so will be replacing it with what the landlord gave us (dressing table, tv and study table). We have a large basement where everything can be stored!
