New John Lewis double bed and mattress, and the room is also furnished with two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, plus dressing table/desk, chaise and office chair. Some furniture can be removed if you wish. I also have a mattress topper, bedding, lamps, a fan, and an electric blanket you can use.

Three bed 30s semi with gardens front & back. I don’t drive so you could have sole use of the gated drive for off-street parking., though that’s being let separately until mid-June, sorry!

Close to Wilmslow Road, the Christie & Fog Lane Park. Lovely neighbours. Walking distance to Withington, Didsbury Village and West Didsbury.

We would share

1) modern kitchen with FF, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, combi microwave and lots of storage space. .

2) good bathroom with bath and separate shower. I’d provide the hand towels and bath mats, which I wash twice a week. I can lend you bath towels but they’d go in your laundry!

3) living room with HD TV;

4) downstairs WC, again with towel and cleaning materials provided.

5) box room for ironing and storage;

6) garage for storage.

I work from home so the dining room is my office.

I live here with my Cavalier KC spaniel and cat. You must like pets! I work from home, I’m neurodivergent and I have chronic health conditions including migraine, so you must respect my need for a quiet, routine life. I’d also prefer it if you were clean and tidy, but my standards aren’t that high! I’m progressive, non-binary and proud to have friends from all walks of life.

The room would suit a young person who has their own life out of the house but still wants a friendly but quiet and restful home.
