Double bedroom in 2 bed flat

Hi my name is Mark. I've got a first floor two bed flat on palatine road, and I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom to someone, my previous tennant has just moved back to Australia after a year of lockdown and I'm not a fan of living on my bill!

I'm looking for a working professional around the same age as myself, who prefers going out, visiting a pub or bar and enjoys grabbing a coffee in the day. Equally happy to grab a bottle of wine and throw a cringy movie on and laugh at how bad it is!

I'm bisexual, you don't need to be part of the lgbt community but I'm looking for a flatmate who is lgbt supportive at the very least, whether that's a guy or a girl.

The room has a double bed and is already furnished and I'm happy for you to decorate to your taste! There is a communal kitchen and living room, along with a shared bathroom with a shower and bath. There is off-street parking and access to a gated garden.

The flat is down the road from tram stops into Manchester city centre, as well as being a 5-10 minute walk from West Didsbury with multiple cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants (for once lockdown is over). The flat is over the road from the Christie hospital and ideal for a doctor new to the area.

I'm happy to do a video tour or arrange a viewing of the flat and can ensure everything is cleaned and safe to visit.
